Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2, 2026

Welcome to RepsLearn. By accessing or using our website at www.repslearn.com and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

RepsLearn provides a free, adaptive math practice platform for students in grades 6 through 9. The Service includes practice questions, spaced repetition scheduling, adaptive difficulty, AI-powered tutoring, progress tracking, and a parent dashboard.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

For users under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. By creating a student account, the parent or guardian represents that they have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the student.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational purpose. You may not:

4. AI Tutor

The AI tutor feature is provided as an educational aid. While we strive for accuracy, the AI tutor may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information. The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional instruction.

AI tutor conversations are stored and accessible to parents and guardians through the parent dashboard. We use third-party AI services to power the tutor, and conversation content (without personally identifiable information) is processed by these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, software, design, and logos, is owned by RepsLearn or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written permission.

6. Pricing and Payments

The core RepsLearn Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. If we do, we will provide clear notice and any paid features will be optional — free access to core practice functionality will remain available.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepsLearn and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
